Job Description

Talent Acquisition Coordinator





Essential Duties & Responsibilities:





Schedules pre-screen interview.



Schedules and administers pre-employment tests.



Updates applicant status accurately and timely in Applicant Tracking System.



Administers recruitment assessments and retrieves exam results.



Provides real-time feedback to applicants. 



Oversees the application process and pre-employment requirements including ensuring applicants read and understand job descriptions, auditing applicant tracking system on release information for applicant data, and maintaining all applications.



Participates in job fairs and assists in the implementation of recruitment initiatives.



Administers internal job opportunity postings and bid process for agent level employees.



Administers offer and welcome letters for agent-level employees.  Schedules operations interviews. 



Creates updates and distributes daily recruiting reports.  Compiles ATS reports. 



Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of recruiting files.



Responsible for new-hire paperwork.



Auditing for accuracy and completeness and distributing information to Payroll as appropriate.


Job Requirements

1-2 years experience.
