Job Requirements

Must Haves!

  • You must have Strong Customer Service Focus, Technical Aptitude/Enthusiasm, Strong Communication skills and Adaptability/Flexibility

  • You must have at least 1 year customer service experience

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.

  • You must have a quiet space to work at home

  • You must have a USB Headset

  • You must have a home computer and high speed internet that meet the following requirements:

Internet Requirements:

  • Ethernet connection required - no Wi-Fi

  • minimum 10 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload

Personal computer requirements:

  • CPU: 2Ghz Dual Core

  • RAM: 4GB

  • Operating System: Windows 10 /Mac computer must be no older than 2 years

  • Free Disk Space: 1 GB

Addition Equipment:

  • Required - USB headset. (Logitech Stereo USB Headset (H390) recommended)

  • Recommended - Monitor 17 inch or larger

  • Recommended - Second Monitor
