Job Description

HR Site Leader Role and Responsibility





Talent Acquisition




  • HR Site Leaders is responsible for ensuring that the TA Team day to day deliverables are met and relevant stake holders are kept updated on the progress of action item and initiative. The resident TA Teams team will report progress on the following and seek guidance on accomplishing these tasks. HR Site Leader will seek guidance from the functional leader as required. 


    • Daily call out targets are met by the team


      • Coordinate with Sourcing Manager ensure daily applicant flow target is met



    • Daily Recruiter Interview targets are met by the team

    • Startek or Client specific assessments are conducted in a timely manner and all data and records are updated before candidate is scheduled for Final Interview

    • Scheduling of Final Interview and tracking results

    • Meet and Exceed the FI Pass Rate through regular calibrations

    • Ensure PEME, Background Check and Statutory documents are available before NEO

    • Daily Site Level and Wave Level updates are sent to stakeholders

    • Participate in THOR Meetings

    • Participate in Weekly Site Head Touch Points to share relevant updates

    • Maintain Site Level Competitors / Market Data



  • HR Site Leaders will seek guidance and approvals from the function leader on the following

    • Resource Planning ie PAFs

    • Sourcing Plan

    • Hiring Capacity

    • Policy or Process Deviation

    • Employee Performance Review







HR Operations




  • HR Site Leader is responsible for ensuring that HR Operation Teams day to day deliverables are met and relevant stake holders are kept updated on the progress of action item and initiative. The resident HR Operations team will report progress on the following and seek guidance on accomplishing these tasks. HR Site Leader will seek guidance from the functional leader as required. 


    • Quarterly RAG Report

    • Weekly Employee Feedback and Queries Report to relevant stake holders

    • Policy Roll out as directed by Function Head and VP HR

    • Issue Letters for OPR

    • Participate in Weekly Site Head Touch Points

    • Track Employee status as directed by Functional Head and VP HR

    • Ensure RTWO Process Adherence

    • On Time Separation

    • Lead RFI in consultation with Functional Head

    • Ontime Corrective Action Documentation and implementation



  • HR Site Leaders will seek guidance and approvals from the function leader on the following

    • Policy or Process Change / Deviation

    • Resource Planning ie PAFs or Role Change

    • Employee Performance Review







HR Services




  • HR Site Leader is responsible for ensuring that HR Services day to day deliverables are met and relevant stake holders are kept updated on the progress of action item and initiative. The resident HR Services team will report progress on the following and seek guidance on accomplishing these tasks. HR Site Leader will seek guidance from the functional leader as required. 


    • Regular alerts to stakeholders to drive 201 file completion

    • Assist new hires in getting statuary #s on an ongoing basis

    • Ensure HR Services presence in NEO

    • Handling Compensation and Benefits Queries in a timely manner in collaboration with HR Operations

    • Ontime completion of change requests for the site

    • Publishing of COEs (Paper or eltters) after seeking documented approval or direction from functional head

    • Ontime completion of SSS and other form requests for the site

    • Participate in Weekly Site Head Touch Points and share HR Services Update



  • HR Site Leaders will seek guidance and approvals from the function leader on the following

    • Policy or Process Change / Deviation

    • Resource Planning ie PAFs or Role Change

    • Employee Performance Review




Job Requirements


  • At least 5 years in the managerial level either in Talent Acquisition or Human Resource

  • Experiences in both TA and HR is an edge
