Job Description

Supervise the lead generation team to create new business leads and STARTEK awareness. Supervisor directs the activities of team members focusing in the delivering and managing innovative marketing campaigns to generate qualified sales leads within targeted vertical and sub-vertical markets.  Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure that the team's resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met, expanding the demand generation pipeline and accelerating sales and revenue growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • 35% - Oversee efficient working of all Lead Generation personnel and maintain knowledge on all job functions and administer all business requirements and ensure achievement of all business objectives and for accomplishing Lead Generation goals.

    • Conduct orientation and training of new lead generation representatives

    • Conducts regular coaching and feedback sessions.

    • Monitors calls and email correspondence of LG team

    • Organize and conduct all staff meetings for project reviews.

    • Generates weekly reports on team activities and outputs.

  • 20% - Creates and executes lead generation campaigns which supports sales plans and leverage market strategy. 

    • Follows up on various leads generated through white papers, webinars, speaking engagements, sponsored events, email campaigns, direct mail campaigns, external business intelligence surveys, internal lead referral and external website inquires.

  • 10% -.Establish and build rapport with potential clients to gain insight on future outsourcing opportunities.

    • Conducts cold-calling new business prospects to identify the appropriate procurement/vendor management and business owner contacts in order to begin the relationship building process.

    • Educate prospect’s contacts on STARTEK’s value-add proposition and schedule discovery meetings with the appropriate Sales Director.

    • Manage information supplied to new prospects to ensure their records are up to date with STARTEK’s current service offerings.

    • Research companies and maintain detailed records.

    • Build, maintain and manage relationship with new business prospects so they include STARTEK in their outsourcing support services.

 10% -Identify procurement process for new business prospect and manage necessary steps to completion.

10% - Organize content of SF Tool.

10% - Basic research on targeted companies and making outbound telephone calls to create more opportunities for the Sales Directors. Work closely with the Sales team and discover new business opportunities, qualify those opportunities and then prepare the opportunities for the Sales Director. 

  • Identify the business owners who are responsible for making support decision

  • Establish and build rapport with business owners to gain insight into the company’s organization structure.

5% - May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required.

Job Requirements

Education and/or formal training:

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Other position Considerations:

  • Travel may be required to attend work related meetings and training sessions.

  • May be required to work a flexible schedule that provides needed coverage for customer service levels and/or time-sensitive projects. Incumbent must be able to support operations which are opened weekends and evenings.  All employees must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, holidays and emergency shifts as required.
