Provides clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources department and employees for the purpose of supporting the business initiatives, enhancing organizational performance and improving employee morale. Under direct supervision, assists for implementation of human resources practices, policies and procedures including, discipline, legal compliance, employee relations, processes employee forms, maintains the employee filing, conducts/supports new hire orientation, and acts as advocate of an employee through the employee lifecycle.
