Job Description Candidates should have sales/upselling experience and the desire to work in a high energy, fast paced sales arena! Our Inside Sales Agents drive new revenue by handling inbound calls from potential customers regarding the newest in high tech telecommunications related products and services. These INBOUND calls are from individuals that have seen the client information on TV or on internet, and are exploring the possibility of making a change in their current telecommunications services. Our Sales Agents guide them through their decision making process by building rapport, consulting with them about their communications needs and suggesting the very best products and services that our client has to offer! The Inside Sales Agents will be responsible for growing and maintaining our clients business. This will be accomplished primarily by handling inbound sales calls from existing customers as well as potential new customers, that have expressed an interest in our clients product and service. The Inside Sales Agent will evaluate options and offerings to be able to cross-sell or up-sell additional product to enhance the customer experience. Our agents are responsible for providing efficient, courteous, customer service experience at all times. Essential Functions 1. Generate new customer sales via qualified, inbound calls 2. Respond to customer inquiries regarding service, product offerings, billing, equipment, features, activations and/or changes to account information 3. Solicit cross-selling opportunities from existing customers 4. Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and ensure ongoing satisfaction and customer retention 5. Identify and overcome buying obstacles 6. Drive growth by meeting sales goals and objectives as established by the management team 7. Strives to resolve customer issues on the first call and log information related to those calls 8. Follows escalation procedures as needed 9. Researches and resolves disputes and problems within established guidelines 10. May pro-actively manage end-to-end completion of billing issues from receipt to resolution 11. Completes, processes and maintains applicable paperwork and records 12. Exceed all company and client driven metrics for sales revenue, save percentage, quality, compliance, and service level 13. Spoken and written English and Spanish proficiency *required* |

| Education, Experience and Traits: Bilingual Inside Sales Agents must possess excellent English verbal presentation and communications techniques, display an integris work ethic and thrive in a dynamic environment. - Must be fluent in Verbal (90%) and Written English - Requires previous sales experience, either inperson or telesales - Proven aptitude and knowledge of sales process and techniques and customer retention capabilities - Experience in sales/call center/customer service environment is ideal - Demonstrated creative and independent thinking skills - Strong computer skills a must - Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance required - Self-motivated and eager to grow and expand knowledge in success - Enjoys challenges, is goal oriented, ambitious, determined and confident - Self starter and team player - Positive attitude and enthusiasm - Problem solver |
