Then this may be the position for you! ________________________________________ Position Purpose Acts as the single and primary point of contact for designated base of customers. Manages the customer relationship with the goal of maintaining the customer and increasing base revenue. Level: Intermediate Applies some advanced skills to the position or specialization. May adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment and techniques to meet the more complex requirements of this position. Essential Duties & Frequency Performed Daily - Acts as the primary point of contact for designated base of customers. Manages the customer relationship with the goal of maintaining the customer and increasing base revenue. - Acts as the single and primary point of contact for the midsize business to business customer base. - Manages each customer relationship to grow, protect, maintain or increase existing base revenue. - Ensures that superior service levels are maintained for retention and growth of the account base. - Coordinates the implementation of customer support and care program, if applicable. - Provides service order and arranges for project management of complex solutions and project analyst support of customer transitions. - Assists in the identification and formulation of solutions for complex customer problems and/or needs. - Arranges for project management of complex solutions. - Manages the renewal of existing contracts with the customer. - Identifies any customer dissatisfaction (early) and places save initiatives to prevent potential loss of customer. Other Duties as assigned. |
| Required Skills: |
Computer: Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint), email (Microsoft Outlook) and internet (Microsoft Explorer). Computer Proficiency: Proficient Education & Experience Education: High School Graduate or GED required. Associates' degree (AA) from a two-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Job Experience: One (1) year sales related experience preferred. Minimum of one (1) year experience in Customer Service required. |
